Refund & Replacement Policy

1. 7-Day Free Replacement Guarantee

Because jaggery is a perishable food product, we do not accept general returns once a pouch or package is opened. However, we offer a 7-Day Free Replacement Guarantee under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The outer seal is broken or tampered with upon delivery.
• An incorrect item or weight variant was delivered.

2. How to Request a Replacement

If you receive a damaged or incorrect package, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

• Send an email to heritagejaggeryfoodspvtltd@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7406967320.
• Include your Order ID (e.g. HJF-123456) and attach 2 clear photos of the damaged outer package or unboxing video.
• Our customer care team will dispatch a fresh replacement package free of charge within 24 hours.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order free of cost at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. Once a tracking ID has been generated and dispatched with our courier partner, cancellations cannot be processed.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

In cases where a replacement is unavailable, a full monetary refund will be initiated to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Credit Card) within 3 to 5 business days.
